Delivery methods

The General Sales Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties, within the scope of sales made through the website https://drugs.pt, descrevendo as etapas necessárias ao acto da encomenda e ao seu seguimento. A expedição das encomendas será feita para todos os Continentes.

D.R.U.G.S.® can adapt or modify its general conditions of sale at any time, applying to each order the conditions in force on the day the order is placed by the User. In the omitted cases, the legislation in force in matters of distance selling is applicable and, in its absence, the practices and customs in force in that sector of activity.

DELIVERY MODE

The delivery of orders in the territory of Mainland Portugal to the user will be made VIA CTT, generally, within 48 hours. Shipments to the islands follow CTT and usually arrive within 3 working days. Shipments abroad are sent by CTT with arrival time from 1-7 days, depending on destination. The order will be delivered directly to the address indicated by the user.

In the event that the User is unable to be present, he will receive a postcard from CTT to pick him up. It is very important that you do this within 05 working days. After this period, CTT begins the return process in which D.R.U.G.S.® cannot intervene.

In order to pick up your order, the user needs to take:

1. The CTT notice. If you have lost it or do not know about it, you can call 707 26 26 26 you will be given the reference of the respective order.

2. An identification document: identity card, citizen card, driver's license, passport and so on.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

You can pay by credit card, Paypal or CTT to Collection (the latter only for Portuguese territory). After confirmation, D.R.U.G.S.® undertakes to ship the order within a deadline of 7 working days.
